Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

• In the app. Delete individual jobs (which removes their videos, clips and related files), or delete your account, from your account settings.
• By email. Send a request from your account email address to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.

What we delete

On an account-deletion request we delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you, including your uploaded videos and generated clips, transcripts, connected-account references, and usage data, and we disconnect any social accounts you linked. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them by law (for example, billing records).

How long it takes

We will process your request and confirm completion within 30 days. If you connected a social account, you can also revoke Clyp’s access directly from that platform’s settings at any time.
